All of the Staff here at Tent Camping USA wants to make your stay with us as comfortable & as economical as we can possibly attain. Below are the Services that we offer along with the Rates, Our Damage Deposit/Reservation/Cancellation Policies as well as some Guidelines that we need you & your entire party to adhere to while staying at our Facility.
Please check in at the Campground Office prior to settling in to your site.
All Sites & Rentals are allowed 4 people. Motel is (2) people
Check-in 3:00 pm Check-out 11:00 am
Late check out is available at an additional rate of $10.00
Late check out is 1:00 pm
There is an additional $5.00 per day/per person charge.
All Camper Trailer & Cottage Rentals include linens, paper plates, coffee cups, coffee, etc..
Prices do not reflect state & local taxes or Holiday Rates
All Holiday Rates require a 3 Night minimum stay.
Tag Your Tent Program: As an additional service to our motorcycle cliental we offer our tag your tent program. This service offers you a reserved space in our enclosed storage area to leave your tent & other camping apparatus, making it possible for you to ride with the freedom from having to carry all the gear. Your tent etc. will be secured & ready for you when you are.

Our Overnight Rentals include:
Park Model Unit that sleeps 4, modern kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, bathroom w/shower, living/dining area, separate master bedroom, 2 tv's w/ vcr, outside deck with propane grill, outside seating, heating & air conditioning.
$55.00 per night.
Rustic Cottage unit that sleeps 4, coffee maker, microwave, dorm size fridge, outside deck with grill, heating & a/c.
$40.00 per night.
Coachman Camper (28 ft) unit that sleeps 4, master bedroom in rear, futon in living area, dining area, coffee maker, microwave, dorm size fridge, heating and a/c
$55.00 per night.
Dutchman Camper (30 ft) unit that sleeps 4, two separate sleeping areas, living/dining area in middle, coffee maker, microwave, dorm size fridge, heating and a/c
$55.00 per night.
Pop-Up Camper unit that sleeps 4-6, 2 separate sleeping areas, sleep area in middle, living/dining area in middle, coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, heating/ac
$40.00 per night.
Conversation Van unit that sleeps 2, Full sized bed in back, 3 Captains Chairs. Nothing fancy just a place to stay out of the weather & lay your head down to sleep.
$20.00 per night.
RV Storage:
We offer RV Storage for all size units. We will place your unit onto our level storage area. 24 hrs notice is required to place into site for rental. Our Office must have access & keys to move in case of an emergency. In the event of an emergency a courtesy call will be placed to the current phone number on file. Please make sure to keep all contact information current.
Our fee is $30.00 Per Month, and fee must be paid by the 10 of each month or an additional late fee of $10.00 will be incurred.
Damage Deposit Policy:
All of our overnight rentals require a credit card, even if your paying in cash, to cover the costs of any damages that might accidentally occur during your stay.
Each unit is inspected at check-in/check-out with our staff & yourself present.
Reservation Policy
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your site or rental.
You can use our online reservations system, mail us a check or money order (please note that your reservation will not be confirmed until the check clears our bank) or you can call our Campground Office and let our friendly staff help you. Please note that even if you provide your credit card information, that we do not have to charge the card if you would rather pay in cash upon your arrival.
Once your 50% deposit is made a confirmation will be emailed to you.
Cancellation Policy:
No Refunds for Holiday/Special Event Reservations
Full Refund, if cancelled with 30 days of Reservation
50% Refund if cancelled within 14 days of reservation
75% Refund if cancelled within 7 days of reservation
No Refund within last 7 days of a reservation.
Full charge for no show/no call
All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee
(this covers our paperwork/office expense only)
Special circumstances may apply to your reservation refund, but are at our discretion.
Campground Guidelines:
Please check in at the Campground Office prior to setting up your site.
Please remember that you are responsible for everyone in your party & your guest's.
If you have guest's please have them register at Office before entering the campground All guests must leave our facility by 10 pm.
Keep alcoholic beverages inside your unit.
DO NOT SHARE alcoholic beverages with anyone that is not 21 & not in your party.
Do not build fires except in designated areas.
Do not display weapons of any kind or fireworks.
Do not place garbage/glass inside fire pits.
Please place garbage inside pails provided.
We have a zero tolerance Policy in effect for fighting & drug dealing
Persons violating campground rules are subject to eviction without refund.
Owners/Management is not responsible for and assumes no liability in the event of loss due to fire, theft, accident, mother nature, or any other loss weather it may be injury or loss of property.
